Preparation
  1. Cut your steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the steak is well coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Serving
  1. Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or toppings.

Notes

For substitutions, you can use other cuts of halal steak, like sirloin or flank steak. Keep an eye on the cooking times, as they may vary depending on your air fryer brand and the size of the steak cubes. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
