Method

Preparation
  1. Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel to achieve a crispy exterior.
  2. Rub both sides of each steak with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Optionally sprinkle some herbs.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Serving
  1. Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for optimal texture.
