  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Preparation
  1. Make sure your shrimp are peeled and deveined. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic into the butter and sauté it for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove the garlic butter from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with the garlic butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the shrimp and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. Overcooking shrimp can lead to a rubbery texture.
