Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir continuously until the garlic becomes fragrant but not brown.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp tails with the melted garlic butter, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the shrimp tails in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes, checking halfway to shake the basket for even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Remove the shrimp tails from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
If you have leftovers, refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until warmed through and crispy.
