  • 2 tbsp lemon juice Adds a zesty flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir continuously until the garlic becomes fragrant but not brown.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp tails with the melted garlic butter, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the shrimp tails in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 6-7 minutes, checking halfway to shake the basket for even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove the shrimp tails from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until warmed through and crispy.
