Preparation
  1. Start by washing the salmon fillets under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
Seasoning
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the lemon juice, ensuring that every piece is coated well in the mixture.
Preheat the Air Fryer
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Arrange in the Air Fryer
  1. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the salmon bites for about 8-10 minutes, checking halfway through to flip them.
