Preparation
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into evenly-sized cubes, approximately 1-inch.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
- Place the seasoned sweet potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and adjust cooking time as necessary.
Serving
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the fryer once golden brown and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. For freezing, season and freeze cubes before cooking, then air fry without thawing, adding extra time as needed.
