- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well until all the potatoes are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
- Check for doneness; potatoes should be golden brown and fork-tender. If not crispy enough, air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
