- Wash the asparagus under cool water and snap off the tough ends of the stalks.

Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully place the seasoned asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for approximately 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the asparagus is tender and crispy, remove it and sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
Notes
