  • 12 ounces beef sausage, sliced Can substitute with chicken or plant-based sausage.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the beef sausage into bite-sized rounds.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Toss everything together until well coated.
Cook
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the potato and sausage mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. After 15 minutes, check the potatoes for crispiness. Cook longer if needed.
Serve
  1. Carefully remove the basket and transfer the contents to a serving dish.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
