Preparation
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to achieve a crispiness.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each fillet is generously coated. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Once heated, place the marinated salmon fillets in the basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Garnish with your choice of toppings and serve with your favorite sides.
