Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed (approximately 4 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be swapped with maple syrup or agave syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the butternut squash in half, remove the seeds, and dice it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed squash with olive oil, honey, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned squash in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
