Preparation
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut any larger ones in half.
Seasoning
- In a bowl, toss the baby potatoes with salt, pepper, and half a tablespoon of garlic butter.
Cooking the Potatoes
- Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer basket at 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Steak Seasoning
- While the potatoes are cooking, season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and sprinkle rosemary on both sides.
Cooking the Steak
- After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, add the ribeye steaks to the air fryer basket. Cook everything together for an additional 10 minutes for medium-rare steak.
- Adjust cooking time if you prefer the steak more done.
Adding Garlic Butter
- During the last two minutes of cooking, add the remaining garlic butter on top of the steaks.
Serve
- Once the cooking time is up, let everything rest for a few minutes and serve hot, garnishing with additional rosemary if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extended storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
