Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks Ensure steaks are at room temperature before cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter Divided for cooking.
  • 1 pound baby potatoes Cut larger potatoes in half.
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to your preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to your preference.
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary Optional, for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut any larger ones in half.
Seasoning
  1. In a bowl, toss the baby potatoes with salt, pepper, and half a tablespoon of garlic butter.
Cooking the Potatoes
  1. Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer basket at 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Steak Seasoning
  1. While the potatoes are cooking, season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and sprinkle rosemary on both sides.
Cooking the Steak
  1. After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, add the ribeye steaks to the air fryer basket. Cook everything together for an additional 10 minutes for medium-rare steak.
  2. Adjust cooking time if you prefer the steak more done.
Adding Garlic Butter
  1. During the last two minutes of cooking, add the remaining garlic butter on top of the steaks.
Serve
  1. Once the cooking time is up, let everything rest for a few minutes and serve hot, garnishing with additional rosemary if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extended storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
