Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Lightly butter or spray both sides of your bread slices with olive oil.
- Using a small cup or cutter, create a round indentation in the center of each slice of bread.
- Arrange the bread slices in the air fryer basket.
- Carefully crack an egg into the well of each slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Carefully remove the toast from the air fryer and add your favorite toppings.
Notes
For substitutions, try sourdough or ciabatta bread. Keep an eye on cooking times based on your egg preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
