Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour For structure
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar For sweetness
  • 1 tsp baking powder For leavening
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon For flavor
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg For added warmth
  • 1/4 tsp salt To enhance flavor
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk Any type of milk can be used
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract For flavor enhancement
  • 2 tbsp melted butter For richness
Coating
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar For coating after frying

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk these together until well blended.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix!
  4. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the dough is used.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the donut balls in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once cooked, remove the donut balls from the air fryer and immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat thoroughly.
  4. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm. Enjoy every bite!
