  1. Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them into thin rings, removing the seeds as you slice.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cinnamon sugar and lemon juice. Toss the apple rings in the mixture until coated.

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the cinnamon-coated apple rings in a single layer.
  3. Air fry the apple rings for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
  4. Once golden brown and crispy, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Optional: sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar.

Notes
