Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Coating the Chicken
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat your egg.
Coat the Chicken Pieces
- Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg and then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
Air Frying
- Place the breaded chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space in between for the air to circulate.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray light olive oil over your chicken bites before air frying. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to three months.
