Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface to your preferred thickness.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the rolled-out dough into the basket.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a bit of a border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.
Cooking
- Close the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a healthier version, try using a cauliflower or whole wheat crust. Keep an eye on your pizza around the 8-minute mark as air fryer models may vary. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes.
