Preparation
- Wash the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.
Seasoning
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the seasoned cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on the cauliflower in the last few minutes of cooking.
Serving
- Once done, carefully remove the cauliflower from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use the air fryer to regain crispiness. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer and then transfer to a freezer bag for up to a month.
