Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Add Sausage: Cut the beef sausage into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Toss again to combine all the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Air Fry: Carefully place the mixture into the air fryer basket. Spread it out evenly to ensure proper cooking. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Check for Doneness: Ensure the potatoes are crispy and tender and the sausage is cooked through. You can add an additional 5 minutes if needed.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, transfer to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
