  • 4 pieces beef hot dogs
  • 4 pieces hot dog buns Lightly toasted optional
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.) To taste
  • Optional toppings (diced onions, pickle relish, jalapeños, etc.) To taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3-5 minutes while you prepare the hot dogs.
  2. Using a sharp knife, make a few shallow slits on each beef hot dog to prevent bursting.
Cooking
  1. Place the hot dogs into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for about 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. While the hot dogs are cooking, you can lightly toast the hot dog buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 380°F (193°C) if desired.
Assembly
  1. Carefully remove the hot dogs from the air fryer and place each hot dog into a bun.
  2. Add your favorite condiments and toppings.

Notes

For Halal-friendly options, use Turkey or Chicken hot dogs. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the hot dogs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
