  • 2 large large apples (your choice: Fuji, Honeycrisp, or Granny Smith) Best flavor with sweet apples.
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup flour Can substitute with almond flour for a nutty flavor.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • to taste cooking spray For browning in the air fryer.

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and drying your apples. Core them and cut them into fries or wedges, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Toss the apple slices in this mixture until they are evenly coated.
  3. After the flour mixture, dip each slice into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to stick.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the coated apple fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray them lightly with cooking spray. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  6. Once they are golden brown, remove them and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
