  • 1 piece pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives optional
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni optional, be sure to choose Halal-friendly
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Lay your pizza crust on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil for extra flavor.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving some space around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. If using, add sliced olives and pepperoni over the cheese, then sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
Cooking
  1. Carefully place the prepared pizza in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for about 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
  3. Once done, carefully remove the pizza using tongs. Allow it to cool for a minute or two, then slice and serve.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, slice the pizza, wrap portions in plastic wrap, and store in a freezer-safe bag. Reheat in the air fryer at 360°F (182°C) for about 3–5 minutes to regain crispiness.
