  • 1 cup almond flour Can substitute with oat flour or a gluten-free flour blend.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter Can use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Can substitute with honey or agave nectar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour and baking soda. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: peanut butter (or almond butter), coconut sugar (or brown sugar), maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated. The texture should be slightly thick and sticky.
  5. Transfer the mix into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and slightly firm to the touch.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm for the best experience!

Notes

Can be served with Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, or dark chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days, or freeze slices for up to a month.
