- Make sure your cream cheese is softened. Leave it out for about 30 minutes or microwave it for about 10-15 seconds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Blend together until it's perfectly smooth and creamy.
- Slowly stir in the key lime juice and lime zest. Mix until well combined - the dip should have a light and fluffy texture.
- Taste the dip. If you want an extra punch of lime, feel free to add more key lime juice to suit your preference.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with graham cracker crumbs. Serve with fresh fruit pieces or additional crackers for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt. Chill for an hour to enhance flavor. Avoid overmixing to prevent a runny texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; do not freeze.
