Preparation
  1. Make sure your cream cheese is softened. Leave it out for about 30 minutes or microwave it for about 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Blend together until it's perfectly smooth and creamy.
  3. Slowly stir in the key lime juice and lime zest. Mix until well combined - the dip should have a light and fluffy texture.
  4. Taste the dip. If you want an extra punch of lime, feel free to add more key lime juice to suit your preference.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with graham cracker crumbs. Serve with fresh fruit pieces or additional crackers for dipping.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt. Chill for an hour to enhance flavor. Avoid overmixing to prevent a runny texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; do not freeze.
