  • 1 cup Whipped cream, whipped Store-bought whipped cream can be used.
  • 4 slices Bread, preferably white or brioche Choose softer bread for a better texture.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar Adjust to taste, or substitute with honey.

Preparation
  1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly, slice them into thin pieces, and sprinkle with a bit of sugar if desired. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Skip this step if using store-bought whipped cream.
Assembly
  1. Lay out two slices of bread, spread whipped cream on each slice, and top one side with the prepared strawberries. Place another slice on top to create a sandwich.
  2. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters for easy handling and arrange on a plate. Garnish with extra whipped cream or a sprinkle of sugar if desired.
  3. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days. Keep bread and strawberries separate until serving to prevent sogginess.
