Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas The riper, the better for natural sweetness!
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Smooth or crunchy, your choice!
  • 1/4 cup oats Old-fashioned oats work best.
  • 1 tbsp honey Optional for extra sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering your ingredients. Make sure your bananas are nice and ripe for maximum sweetness.
  2. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the ripe bananas until they are smooth. Alternatively, you can use a food processor for a finer texture.
  3. Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Stir in the oats until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. If you’re using honey, add it at this step.
  5. Using your hands or a small scoop, take portions of the mixture and form them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. For best results, place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the bites firm up.
  7. Once chilled, your 4-Ingredient Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Bites are ready to enjoy.
