  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh) If using canned, drain the pineapple.
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce Make sure it’s alcohol-free.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pineapple chunks, and teriyaki sauce. Mix gently until well incorporated, taking care not to overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1-2 inches in diameter.
  4. Arrange the meatballs on a lined baking sheet with space between each one.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

These meatballs can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or bake at 350°F (175°C).
