  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) Choose your preferred type.
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (confectioner’s sugar) Ensure no lumps.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted) Melt fully before use.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8 inch square dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 cup of peanut butter to the melted butter and stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually sift in 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix well until the fudge batter is thick and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly, and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.

Notes

This fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to two weeks. It can be frozen for up to three months.
