Preparation
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water and remove the green hulls. Pat dry with a paper towel to ensure they are not watery.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to help lift them out of the chocolate, letting excess drip back into the bowl.
- Place the chocolate-coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all strawberries are coated.
- Freeze the baking sheet for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set and firm.
- Once frozen, enjoy your 3 Ingredient Frozen Chocolate Strawberry Bites immediately, or transfer them to an airtight container for later enjoyment.
