  • 1 package Oreo cookies (approximately 15-20 cookies)
  • 1 container whipped topping (about 8 oz)
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz) Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for ease of blending.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a Ziplock bag or food processor until fine.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with half of the crushed Oreos and mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate.
  5. Layer the mixture with the remaining crushed Oreos in a serving dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, allow the cake to chill overnight. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For gluten-free, use gluten-free Oreo cookies.
