Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake or boil the sweet potatoes until they are fork-tender, about 30-40 minutes. Let them cool slightly, then peel.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Gradually add the flour to the mashed sweet potatoes, mixing until a soft dough forms. Adjust with more flour if the dough is too sticky.
- Shape the dough into small balls (about 2-3 inches in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
- Allow the rolls to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
