  1. In a bowl, add 1 cup of protein powder and 1 cup of your chosen milk. Mix well using a whisk or spatula.
  2. Continue whisking until there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth and pourable.
  3. Transfer the pudding mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
