Preparation
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of protein powder and 1 cup of your chosen milk. Mix well using a whisk or spatula.
- Continue whisking until there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth and pourable.
- Transfer the pudding mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, add your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Cover tightly to avoid odor absorption. Can freeze for up to 2 months and thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
