Preparation
- Start by measuring out your pineapple juice and coconut milk or yogurt.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple juice and coconut milk or yogurt. Use a whisk to blend them until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- If your molds require sticks, insert them now. Make sure they stay centered in the mixture.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Then, gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy.
Notes
For storing your popsicles, keep them in the freezer in their molds until ready to enjoy. They can last up to 2 months if sealed properly. Consider adding fresh fruit pieces into the molds for added texture and flavor. Avoid overfilling your molds, as the mixture will expand when frozen.
