- Wash, peel, and pit the ripe peaches. Cut them into smaller chunks.
- Place the peach chunks into a blender and pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and add more sugar if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, spread it evenly, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
- Once frozen, let the sherbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.
Notes
This sherbet can be stored in the freezer for up to a month. Use thawed frozen peaches if fresh ones aren't available. Over-blending can affect texture, so blend just enough to combine smoothly.
