  1. Wash, peel, and pit the ripe peaches. Cut them into smaller chunks.
  2. Place the peach chunks into a blender and pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sugar if desired.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, spread it evenly, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  5. Once frozen, let the sherbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.

Notes

This sherbet can be stored in the freezer for up to a month. Use thawed frozen peaches if fresh ones aren't available. Over-blending can affect texture, so blend just enough to combine smoothly.
