Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unfold the phyllo dough or puff pastry.
- If using phyllo, layer about 3 sheets, brushing each layer with a little oil or melted butter.
- For puff pastry, roll it out until thin and pliable.
- Cut the pastry into 4-inch squares.
- Gently press each pastry square into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of apple pie filling into each cup.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the cups to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
