  • 1 pack Graham crackers (about 14 oz)
  • 2 boxes Vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
  • 4 cups Chilled milk
  • 1 container Whipped topping (8 oz, thawed)
  • 1 can Chocolate frosting (15 oz) or homemade chocolate glaze

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens, which should only take a couple of minutes.
  2. Once the pudding is thick, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  3. In a rectangular dish, place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top the pudding layer with another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over this second layer of crackers.
  7. Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Slice into squares and serve with optional toppings.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use plant-based milk and toppings. For a different flavor, substitute vanilla pudding with butterscotch pudding. Make sure to allow pudding to thicken properly and fold in the whipped topping gently.
