Preparation
- If you haven’t already, peel and devein your shrimp tails.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the shrimp tails to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour lemon juice over the shrimp during the last minute of cooking.
Serving
- Take the skillet off the heat. Garnish your shrimp with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of olive oil or butter to retain juiciness.
