  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Can substitute with melted coconut oil or melted butter.
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour in vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Stir together until the mix is smooth and free of lumps.
Cooking
  1. Place your mug in the microwave and heat on high for about 1 minute. Adjust cooking time as necessary.
  2. Let the brownie sit for a minute before checking for doneness. It should be soft but not liquid.
  3. If undercooked, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds.
